Musicians Friend/Asurion Asurion is the service company that handles all of the claims for Musicians Friend We purchased two Harbinger inline speakers in October 2018 and a guarantee for two years.Westake Village Califfornia

Repairs supposedly were done but they never received our report about the problem. One time they told us to send in the base units which I did with a detailed description of the problem. Then they said they needed the towers. While waiting for them to send shipping labels they returned the speakers.

Then they agreed to just  refund the money and told me to dispose of the speakers. Then they said we only bought coverage for one speaker even though we purchased what they told us to purchase.

Then they said they sent the check but it never came. I told them and they claimed they sent out a replacement.

Now they are refusing to honor their agreement even after I sent a copy of the email from them stating they would refund me one speaker and then I could dispose of it.

Every time I call them they lie. They claim they never sent the email even though I have provided them a copy. Asurion is nothing but a scam. Do not buy from Musicians Friend and above all, do not purchase their service contract.
