MV Realty is 100% transparent with the terms of the aggrement before sending out the contract. The fact of the matter is yes IF A HOMEOWNER AGREES TO ACCEPT CASH and become part of the Homeowners Benefit Program that MV Realty is willing to wait up to 40 years for their buisness!

NO WHERE DOES IT SAY YOU MUST SELL YOUR HOME. If someone chooses to sell tomorrow, next week next month MV will be there to provide exceptional service as their real estate agents. So what if it's 40 years ! Who cares. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD ANYONE SAY THAT MV is scamming elderly people or people in general is beyond me.

In todays world I would be happy to accept 500-5000 and not ever have to pay it back. Oh and  YOU get the  experience, proffesional , enthusiastic realtor there for any of your real estate needs. I highly recomend this company and as GOD as my witness they are LEGIT.

I'm curious how anyone could call us a scam when homeowners get exactly what their promised and their are not any secret coded areas in the contract to sign. No surprises!! 
 

Carrie you  could have bot said it better. People are always looking for the "wrong", in anything, life offers. Sometimes, in life, there isn't a "wrong", not all compnays, people are trying to fool and rip you of your hard earned money- now reverse mortgages, carry that monkey! I will leave that subject for a later date. As you stated, this company is the first to make you feel , valid, and oviously you see, thatt they are doing a good deed, in people's live, such as yours, so Girl keep you chin up, back your company with stealth, and persue, your dreams, cheers!

I am one of those "telemarketer/realtors", which I find degrading to be considered as.  Let's set the record STRAIGHT avoiding misleading information that seems to be circling about.  Today, as a matter of fact, I had a recent customer concerned by what she read online, being this report, specifically. However, what she told me was, her experience with me, the signing and receiving her money, were NOTHING like what was explained here or in other reports. 

MV REALTY gets their leads from online resources. Keywords are used to funnel calls in into our lead channels. The leads are anywhere from 20 somethings who bought their first home to elderly that have lived in their homes, some all their lives.  We are VERY CLEAR that we NEVER expect a customer to sell in exchange for the cash incentive we offer. 

However, in giving said cash, we want to be the realtors selling their home IF they ever choose to sell.  Yes, there is a 40 year agreement, we want an investment that will hopefully bring a profit in the future, but it isnt a guarantee.  For young homeowners, that isnt an unreasonable request. If we do get so lucky to list your home, we have 6 months to get it under contract to be sold.

IF we are unable to do so, you are free to sell it yourself or find another realtor of your choice. Its not the death sentence we are perceived as having.  Also, as an HBA member, we are ALWAYS at your disposal as a real estate resource and will even walk thru your house and give a very accurate comparitive analysis, even if you never sell your home.

We invest in our "potential future" clients, never knowing if theyll sell at all. We are the only real estate company that actually invests in their potential clients and even build relationships before any listing would ever begin.  And if youre a realtor, you KNOW how difficult it can be to come across future listings.  Well, guess what, not at MV. 

We come across people everyday thinking about selling, but dont have the relationship with any specific realtor and thats why the leads can turn into more for us as realtors.  I am very appalled at the bad information circulating about a company I finally feel is like family. Ive been with the big names and always felt invisible and completely unsupported.  MV is a real team that truly cares about its clients and employees.
