M&W Marine Sold me a 2006 ETEC 115HP outboard for $6,200. Motor was received in extemely bad condition and is not useable. They are not willing to do anytihing to help. Pendleton SC

I purchased a 2006 motor from Kyle at M&W Marine for $6200

Motor arrived intact, but badly scuffed from poor crating by M&W and the cowl was in very bad condition which should have been disclosed by M&W. 

Once I got the motor onto a test stand, I discovered that the crank case had been taken apart and sealed with Permatex (this was not sold to me as a refurbished engine), the compression was advertised as 120 on all 4 cylinders, but was actually 90, 95, 90, 95 on cylinders 1-4. starting solonoind non-op and fuse blown. 

This is an incredibly bad motor that I received and I'm out $6200. 

David and Kyle Wilson are unwilling to help.
