I think you should just stay away from any beauty prodicu with these monthly fees like DERMITAGE and MY STAGES OF BEAUTY both advertised on the AOL homepage. They (AOL)) reels you into my hoaxes. Yesterday they had face creams by decades for women recently tested at a great hospital in Cambridge. I am 50 plus so decided to order the product for thatage. It is called "Grace" if you are 50 plus. Before it even tallied up my final price with shippingand taxes, it completed my order and had charged my debit card. I immediately called them at 7.00 which is when they open as you cannot e-mail or contact them. I told them to cacnel as it was too much for final price and I should have been shown that prior to order completion. They said theywould and I provided with order #. They also started billing me 4.99 monthly for God knows what which I NEVER EVEN asked about or wanted . I simply was inquiring about the "Grace" product.

I called 15 times yesterday asking for a confirmation e-mail that the order was canceled and it could not have been shipped before they even opened!! All 15 told me they would send it. I do not have one e-mail form them and they charged my account the amount 82.98 for the "Grace" facial cream and serun as well as 4.99 monthly and still have no clue what that is for. But this is alot like the Dermitage hoax AOL tried reeling you into. AOL needs to quit advertising false things that DO NOT HAPPEN. I canceled my debit card and amnow working on getting the 82.98 as well as the 4.99 credited back as they cannot charge this card monthly anymore. It was snipped this AM per advice from my bank. Watch this site - they are crooked and thieves and do not do what they say. Taking advantage of Seniors seems ot give them a high!! Please stay away regardless of your age!!

Dermitage is Stalking those who report they are LIARS, UNETHICAL

AUTHOR: D.J. - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, November 16, 2012

I had the same experience as you did with Dermitage.  And yet, they are still allowed to function on the internet even though they are a COMPLETE SHAM !!  Their facial cream(s) are no better than what you can purchase at Walmart for $10.00.  When I attempted to call them back to return my "trial sample" (which ended up being an actual product, not a small sample) no one ever answered the phone!!  After some time had passed and I was still trying to contact them, someone answered the phone and told me I was too late.  The deadline had passed.

"No one else had trouble getting hold of us" ... yeah.. right.  DERMITAGE OBVIOUSLY HIRES PEOPLE TO MONITOR ALL CONSUMER COMPLAINT SITES!!  Just like your comment, their employee(s) leave NASTY COMMENTS calling the victim LIARS, STUPID, RIDICULOUS (i.e. you obviously didn't read the small print.).  Well, the "small print" is HIDDEN where no one would think to even look for it.  THAT IS ILLEGAL in itself.  But, who is going to hire a lawyer in order to get back their $100??

Dermitage does sometimes CONTINUE TO CHARGE their VICTIMS on a regular basis.  The best thing to do is the CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY and GET A NEW ONE!!  THAT IS NOT ILLEGAL.  You need to protect yourself against LYING LEECHES LIKE DERMITAGE!!   Don't let them fool you.   DERMITAGE also creates FAKE CONSUMER WEBSITES that show "customer comments" lauding praise on the Dermitage products.  They even invite YOU to leave a comments .. .but - OMG!! - the link is no longer operative.  Imagine that.  STAY AWAY FROM DERMITAGE.  The product and the people there are WORTHLESS and OVER PRICED!!

The only reason you're upset is because you obviously missed the Terms & Conditions that went along with your trial. It's sad that America has become so illiterate and dependent on free stuff. So, next time, before you make yourself look like a fool, read what's in front of you.

Also, you can email and contact them. All of that information is on the website, along with your trial package invoice. I also highly doubt that you called 15 times in one day. They would have helped you in one phone call. You're making yourself look stupid.
