On July 20 th 2016 I purchased two pair of sneakers from Nagast Footwear. African canvas sneaker size (7) $40.00 dollars and size (12) $60.00 dollars {which he advertise the sneaker at $40.00}. My account was debited on 7/21/2016 for $112.00. I paid extra for 1-2 day priority shipping. all this is done on his web site and I recieve my reciept via messenger on facebook.
So three days later I inquire about my purchase via messenger and I recieve a generic message that says email the company via there personal email address. I do that and I recieve a reply that says I paid for regular shipping! So I snap shot pictures and send it to the company. There response is we have the womans size 7 but your size 12 is on back order till the end of August and at the end of the email he says he will ship them out at the end of the week.
That was the 28 th of July, since then I have emailed several more times about my order. he has blocked me on the messenger on face book and will not answer any email that I send to him or his company. I have copies of all conversations and reciept. i looked on his website and there were multiple complaints he has since erased all of them.

To all consumers I initally posted Nagast Foot Wear as a scam!! After making contact with owner of the company he explained his situation. The owner of the company is the only employee! he was over whelmed by the number of orders placed. He had thousands of orders and emails to read and go thru. So after speaking with him on the phone I did recieve my money back and he also sent me to me my original order! I was very pleased with the product and I would recommend his company to anyone purchasing his product! to the owner of Nagast Footwear thanks for taking the time to contact me and explain your sitiuation. I am glad we resolved the issue as gentlemen!
