Nancy Fowler - TAG Talent Acquisition Group SCAMs Companies and IT Consultants Overland Park, Kansas

Nancy Fowler solicits IT business from major companies in the KCMO area.  After she is trusted and made a preferred vendor, she receives the requirements to fill for the unsuspecting company. Nancy then places and ad and hires the unsuspecting IT consultant telling them that the only way to work for the company/client needing the work performed is through her company "TAG."

After the consultant works for the client, they don't get paid or receive compensation. Nancy assures the consultant that they will get paid so the consultant keeps working in good faith. This goes on for weeks and even months or for as long as the consultant believes they will be paid. 

Nancy Fowler is running this scam on major companies in the Kansas City area. The companies are under the impression that the consultant is being paid. After weeks go by and the consultant finally walks off the job for not getting compensated, Nancy then tells them she will not pay them because they walked off the job. 

This is a common IT scam that used to be popular in the NYC / New Jersey area in the 90s and now Nancy Fowler is running it in the KCMO area. 

If you are a company or consultant approached by Nancy Fowler or TAG, be aware of the following:

- TAG has a history of not paying their consultants

- TAG only operates out of a PO Box located in TX, but shows an overland park address on their website.

- Nancy Fowler is the only employee of TAG

- No accounts payable person

- No attorney to contact

- No admin office or person of any sort

- Nancy Fowler has a overland park area code (cell phone only)

If Nancy Fowler or anyone representing TAG approaches you, contact the proper authorities and RUN!!! 

Please don't let her get to your company or steal from your valuable consultants. She will damage your companies reputation if you contract with her. Nancy Fowler is a SCAM artist.
