I signed for a Fibroblast Pen Skin treatment from Groupon that was advertised by Natalie's Skin Solutions Aesthetic and Laser Center ( this biz has two locations, one in Naples and one in Ft Myers ) , for $151 small area ( upper lip ) . I was told to come in and meet with Natalie ( the owner ) and discuss it further . Made the appointment especially for the advertised treatment and was talked into some Microneedling treatment , I was not aware of and very swiftly had to sign some papers ! Natalie would not take no from me regarding any other treatments that she was pushing on me to accept!
I was charged $760 for the Fibroblast Pen treatment ( advertised at $151) and the rest for Microneedling ( that most other Groupon Beauty Salons advertise it between $75 to & $130 per treatment)
My Fibroblast Pen treatment wasn't even properly done .. She just did a few spots on my upper lip and it doesn't look like any of the treatments photos from all the places that perform this type of treatment correctly!
I tried to reason with Natalie regarding a refund for the extra inflated charges and she had refused , stating that she had the right to charge because of her expertise !
I'm so furious I allowed myself to be talked into having any treatments at Natalie's Skin Solutions Aesthetic & Laser Center , as they operate an unethical business by luring people from advertising FALSELY on Groupon , to get you through their door and to bully you into their treatments that you had no interest in!
Had I specifically wanted Microneedling ( that Natalie charged me $610 / per one ) , I would have chosen a different Beauty Place from Groupon that they advertised for less than $100 .
I'm going to share my unpleasant experience at Natalie's Skin Solutions Aesthetic & Laser Center with everyone I know on the Media , friends , family and all the possible venues ( newspapers and TV )
Natalie is unprofessional, unethical and a bully to deal with ! Buyer beware!
