nationstar dba mr cooper accelerated my loan from 2057 and removed 10 years now it says 2047 payment increased 1400. this is no loan mod texas

I fell behind on my mortgage payments during the pandemic, I tried working with the servicer and was denied for mortgage relief 2-3 times I appealed the denial and thought I had a victory until I saw that a loan mod is not a loan mod after all, my current documents say my mortgage is good until 2057, the lender took 10 years off my loan hence they escalated the terms and now I am unable to afford my home loan.  the payment increased by 1400.00 so instead of paying what should be 3157 or less the payment is now 4775.56, I am a retired 82 year old senior citizen, my kids paid the 3 trial payments of 4775.56 for 3 months because I thought this extra money would get me caught up and after the 3 months I would be in reasonable payment. now I am in a worse situation $4775.56 mortgage increase of $1400 on top or sky high utilities $2000 gas, water and electric I was also denied for the California mortgage program 10 times citing I don't fall under HUD loans,  I am looking for help,  see lender response to my complaint regarding the loan amount increase and asking how this a loan modification
