Attempting to get documentation regarding training was met with rude, disrespectful and grossly inappropriate behavior. I STRONGLY recommend that no professional engage with this organization for any adult training such as CPR, ACLS PALS, as the attitude and treatment of customers was just contemptible. They are incompetent and unwilling to help customers obtain needed credentials after being paid for the service. This is dishonest and unethical.
