Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
i couldnt get my money back on my defective phone that i paid for and the reason being is net ten told my it was out of warrenty which is CRAP and i dont think that is fair even though i told them that its there phone and they sent me a new one same make and model and couldnt transfer my same number to the new phone so i said forget the whole thing and went back to verizon

they normally have a rip off part to the show they do during the news.......they will confront the company and get results -------Net Ten is horrible Customer Service and I reported them on here!!!

so i have been contacting net 10 for the past three weeks and i they keep telling me i need a tracking number to get a refund and they tell me that i am gettting arefund im going man they need to make up there minds i get one answer and then a different answer can you say confusing
