On 3/21/11 @ approx 4pm I went on line & placed an order with this company. I was attracted to their 24 hr service. My nephew had passed away & I wanted to order wristbands w/ his name on it to be given out at his wake, which was scheduled for Wed 3/23/11. I ordered 150 wristbands w/ his name & hearts on either side w/ the words "Forever in our hearts" on the back. I put a rush job on it & paid an additional $59 for overnight shipping. The whole thing totaled $216.28.

On 3/22/11 I kept checking my order all day long. It was 25 hours & 36 minutes later that they were shipped!!! I kept calling & calling. No answer. I was so stressed out as it was, I did not need anymore stress. Finally @ 11pm I got in touch w/ FedEx when they finally got the package, but they said it wouldn't be delivered till 3pm the following day! That would be 45 hours later. I had to be in Centereach, NY by 2pm!! I was so sick by this I was throwing up, my anxiety medication was not working. On the day of my 26 y/o nephew's wake I am going to the FedEx office to pick up my package personally.

I was outraged. When I opened the package I was even more upset. What I got was not what was shown me when I placed the order + I received the package 42 hours later. Nothing I can do at this point, we had a 2 hour drive ahead of us. So I decided to call them on my drive out there. I was disconnected twice. When I did speak to someone & told them the whole story, she had the nerve to say to me "Well, you got what you paid for"!!!!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I don't know about you, but $216 is a lot of money for me. I expected 24 hour service as advertised & then you have the audacity to say that to me, like I wasn't worth anything.
I have to say that I will NEVER order from this company again. I filed a complaint with them asking for a full refund of my overnight shipping charge of $59. That is still in progress as of today.

After calling, email, mailing, faxing, etc to this company, they have refuse all my attention.  I have submitted a complaint against the company to the Better Business Bureau.  They said that the company has 30 days to answer my complaint.  So I waited my 30 days & resubmitted my complaint to the BBB.  I just received an email from the BBB saying:
"Unfortunately the company did not respond to the complaint; therefore, we had to close it as "no response". Since the company is not a BBB member we cannot obligate them to answer. However, this will be reported on their company's report for three years. You might want to pursue other methods to resolving this complaint.  Again, we do apologize that we could not assist with this matter."
WARNING:  This company is not a BBB member!!!  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I WILL seek other methods of obtaining satisfaction.  They have not heard the last of me.

5/10/2011
I got in touch with a lawyer.  News was not good for me.  The lawyer said (& I quote) "It is a buyer's beware as there is very little regulation for online sales.  And with them not being a member of the BBB, there is no way of filing a complaint against them"  If I had paid by credit card (I paid by debit) you can call your company & dispute the charge.  That way, if anything was paid to this company, the payment will be reversed & they won't get paid.

So now I am on a personal crusade to bad mouth this company.  I went to their review site & wrote a bad review, but when I submitted it I was sent a message that it will be posted after a moderator edits it.

Sorry

AUTHOR: Innocent Consumer - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 17, 2012

I'm sorry I am not sure why it posted my response several times. I also don't understand why it is jumbling all my words up making my report confusing. Hopefully you can understand what I was trying to say in the description of my transactions with them. If you have questions please let me know. If not make sure to contact the Attorney General to explain your situation as well.

REPORT IT

I just encountered a bad transaction with them. I was working with employee Jessica where she didnt follow through and then acted as though she was a manager when I wanted to report the bad service. I caught her in the lie to me so it shows what kind of company you are dealing with. I am going to check this website before any company transactions happen on my corporate credit card. I could of sent them a ton of business since I work at a major Company housed in downtown Houston. They pose as Imprint.com and 24hourwristband.com so watch for both websites/locations.

Since they are a Texas based company you can report them to the Attorney General at https://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml and file a report against the company stating everything that happened to you! I hope this helps all of us who have been treated wrongly by their company and helps make them accountable as a company.

REPORT IT...LETS MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE!!!

AUTHOR: Innocent Consumer - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 17, 2012

I just encountered a bad transaction with them. I was working with employee Jessica who was more than friendly when I opened a sale with her on 1/5/12 and did everythin under her power to make my order complete. She called me on 1/10 nan informed there was a problem with my card, which was shoking to me because I just used the card. She promised me that a manager would call that day, but nither her nor the manager followed through on that promise.  I guess they didn't want this potential sale and future major account for their company. So needless to say I waited and called and called for a amanger to solitify the sale and everyday I called I was on hold for over 25minutes waiting to go from caller 5 to 1...........and most timeswaere hung up on 2 to 3 times after that wait. Yesterday was my first sucessful day of reaching someone on the phone.  When I called to speak to a manager a woman  answered the phone and stated no managers were available at that time they were in a meeting. I then started to tell the story of what happened not know it was her (Jessica) I was talking too. Not even 2 mins later when I requested a manager once again because I was getting no where with this employee. The agent I was speaking too all of a sudden was promoted to a management position. SO I then knew it was Jessica trying to pull a fast one over so I asked the name of whom I was talking to...........and to my surprise she wasn't quick enough to lie to me about that as she was to lie about being a manager. She told said it was Jessica and I told her it was bad enough she didnt just apologize for her mistake to now add onto it with lies was way out of line. I then asked her where their office was located and she told me stafford texas and then I requested the corporate office address and this is where she went silent and would not respond to any of my attempts to talk to her for over 60 seconds of me asking her questions or calling her name.  I finally hung up after she would not respond because she was wasting my time and runing her companies potential future sales with no care in the world. after reading all these negative reports about this so-called company I am now in fear of my corporate card getting charged for false sales.

When I wanted to report the bad service she had given me  I caught her in the lie so it shows what kind of personnel this company employs. They will stop at nothing!!!

This situation has shown me that from now on I am going to check this website (rip-off report)before any company transactions happen on my corporate credit card. I could of sent them a ton of business since I work at a major Company housed in downtown Houston.  But they made the bed they will not have to lie in the mess they made. It sad that good customer service and potential huge accoutns don't intrigue a small company like this!

They pose as Imprint.com and 24hourwristband.com so watch for both websites/locations and stay far away from them!!!

Since they are a Texas based company you can report them to the Attorney General at https://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml and file a report against the company stating everything that happened to you! I hope this helps all of us who have been treated wrongly by their company and helps make them accountable as a company.

I know they will tray and repost to defend theirselves but whatever they state is a fairy-tale they are making up to try and lure more innocent consumers into their ugley web of lies and distruction.

No ripoff here

" All production timelines reflect business days. Production time does not include any shipping time; therefore shipping time must also be added to production time in order to get an accurate delivery time frame. You have a choice of turnaround timelines in most cases. Your choice should reflect your "in hands" date, and we will do our utmost to stay within the given time frame. Please note that we are not responsible for late receipt of any order due to any unforeseeable circumstances, for example a lengthier proofing time, an out-of-stock product, printing, weather-related issues or delays on behalf of the shipping company. "

That's from their website. They promised you 24 hour production plus shipping time. So 1 day for production and 1 day for delivery. You really thought they could make them and deliever them all in the same day? You recieved them 45 hours after ordering, their website promises 2 days so you got what you paid for on time frame. I cant comment on what you recieved, not without seeing what you ordered versus what's on the website.

Also point #1 on their FAQ:

"1. How soon will I get my order?
That will all depend on what you want. Imprint has a wide variety of options that allows you to pick the arrival time. By adjusting the production and shipping your order might arrive as soon as 48 hours or if you are in no rush up to 2 weeks."

Note it says  AS SOON AS 48 HOURS....

Also note, if you go to the order page it says "THE CUTOFF TIME FOR A RUSH PRODUCTION ORDER IS 10 AM" you ordered them at 4pm, well past the rush cutoff time for that day. This company made and shipped you exactly what they promised, delivery wise.
