Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
For the past month Net spend has been giving me the run around I have yet to receive my card or funds and they seem to not care at all about the customer. I've spoken to supervisors and they haven't helped at all. they can't give me an direct answer. I have funds missing that cannot be accounted for and I am very angry and frustrated and I need my money. I war told I could transfer the funds to another account since I hadn't received them so once I said I wanted to do that they told me I had to wait to get my card which I've yet to get. please stay clear of net spend they are a rip off and they don't care about the customers

I have had an account with Netspend for over 8 years and it has been many rough patches.
They have taken money from my account to double pay for a rental car, charge. I was given 4 different reasons, a total of 6 calls, being hung up on and told off by a Customer Service Representative, at least twice.
The most recent thing is I purchased a prepaid Paypal card, I was totally unaware of the fact that it is actually linked up with Netspend. Until I called to have the card activated and was told that I couldn't retrieve my funds that I'd previously loaded on the card because I owe netspend $49.00. I AM SUPER UPSET. NETSPEND RELEASED PAYMENTS FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS AT 0.00 BALANCE FOR A FRIENDS AND FAMILY HOTEL BOOKING THAT WAS DONE BY SOMEONE ON LINE. THE HOTEL STATED NO ONES EVER CHECKED IN BUT THEY STILL CHARGED THE CARD.
I AM REALLY FED UP WITH NETSPEND AND I AM SEEKING AN ATTORNEY.
IF ANYONE HAS ANY ADVICE OR ANYTHING TO ADD, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DO SO.
