So if your card gets scammed from a merchant or a gas pump, they take all your money of of your account NETSPEND being the fake finacial institution they are will not do a real investigation, they will blame it on you and say "oh no the money was taken by a user that had inside info about your card, you must have given somone access" even though your card is in your pocket and you dont have a secondary user, this company is full of sh*t!

You cant get a card with a chip to add alil bit more security to it, they make you use your pin everywhere so its so d**n easy to get scammed, customer service jus reads a script-NO HELP, the fake mangers they put on the phone repeat the same info and offer NO HELP, send an email to president@netspend.com and all you get is a phone call from a nobody that just tells you the same bullsh*t that the "dispute team investigated and so no errors".

NEWS FLASH dumba*s thats not an investigation, pulling ATM video, or video from store where ATM is, i filed an OFFICAL POLICE REPORT, so that means in my city you are charged with 2yrs in jail and 100k fine for filing a false police report,,, so common sense says why would i put my self on the hook for jail time and fine for almost 1000 dollars????

YES it makes no sense but the this s**t show of a company will find any other way not to give you back your money and leave you stuck out! Oh and they love to say " oh we understand your frustration " no you crooks you dont! you have your money, your account is not empty, you can purschase food and gas to get to work,, you f*ck over your customers and move on to the next one. STOP BE A FAKE A*S BANK! PLEASE CLOSE UP AND FIND A HONEST LINE OF WORK!!!!
