I only know about this email because when they denied me the return of my funds i requested a copy of the investigation. To my suprise the alert ,when money went to the account, netspend let this person know. They treated me very poorly. refused to listen even with proof.
Netspend gave my information of my bank account to an email that was not mine , they refuse to put my funds back on my account. I have proof they sent my alerts to this strange email and let this entity set up a web card ,alerted them when money went on the account.
I would not have known they were doing this if i would not have requested their so called investigation report. i wasnt able to see the email they were sending it to from my account. Help someone please

The same tactic was used on me and a year and they refuse to pay me. I requested a reason of why and Netspend said they sent alerts .when I finally received there paperwork it alerted an email that was not mine or on my account.15 to 20 thousand dollars so far they can steal and I've made a police report. No money refunded. It looks like if your big enough company your allowed to steal from disabled people. Well anyone really.
