NETZERO bad service California Nationwide
Ordered their internet service on 9/5/14 paid 81.62 using credit card. Received modem on 9/9/14. Set up modem hooked to my computer. On the 12 modem stopped working, on my modem connection on computer it stated limited. Called NetZero to find out why I was not able to connect I was told I had used up my megabites of internet usage. I asked how was this. They said the 34.99 monthly plan I was on was not enough. So I canceled my service. I asked for a refund they said No! I had only had the service only 3days but I was told I had used up my share of internet. So all I want is my refund.
