new union baptist church (preacher man) ask us sun, aug 26,2012 to do some repair landscaping at the church building. on Monday, aug. 27 the landscape job was given to another member. i called Mr. blick to talk to him about our plans. He informed me that John Alcott and himself started the job. Needless to say, I was shocked to learn that a preacher lied. My hub and I are elderly people, but we are healthy and capable of working. We have been in landscaping for all our married life. Mr. Alcott is mr. Blickes head ni er . He more or less ''runs'' the business there. Mr. Alcott is considered a" well to do" man and puts his money in the bucket. There fore I feel ripped off. WE needed the money. It's hard to believe, but the way the world is going, I should'nt be surprised.
