Just like everyone else complaining about this fraudulent company, I clicked on the button on New Vitality's Ageless Males web site that said ORDER ONE BOTTLE. But because I didn't read the next page's sub text I was put on a auto re-order program. Since the product doesn't work they know this is the only way they can generate any real income by tricking individuals into buying something they didn't want in the first place. I knew exactly what happened when I went to the mailbox a month after my initial order and found another shipment from New Vitality, checked my bank statement online and sure enough they charged my card. Immediately I did a search online and found a overwhelming amount of people telling of similar problems with this company. Most said the wait time for customer service was horrible and when they did reach a rep they were rude and did everything to keep them from canceling. So I went to my bank, canceled my current card and filed a dispute. I also took the package to the post office and had them "return to sender" and sent New Vitality a e-mail stating my actions.

Well just yesterday I received a letter from my bank saying my dispute didn't go through. So this is how dishonest of a company New Vitality is, I sent their product back unopened and they kept my money anyway. So hopefully people will do a search and read feedback like mine and be warned. I will be placing a post daily to my 800 facebook friends warning them of the unscrupulous business practices of New Vitality.

Remove Credit Card

AUTHOR: jabesv - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, May 11, 2012

The easiest way to stop the shipments is to remove your
credit card information from your account.  Go to the website and Log
In.  The user name is the email you provided and if you can't remember
the password, click "forgot password" and they will send you a temporary
one to your email.  Use it to log in.  Once in click on account
details, look for area where credit card information is stored, then
delete it. Now they have no way of charging future shipments!  Don't
forget to change the password to one that you can remember in case you
need to verify that the credit card info has been deleted before the
next scheduled ship date.
