New Way Movers NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE - READ OTHER REPORTS TOO SAY NO WAY to NEW WAY!!! Miami, Florida

Rachel & Sara were the agents who ripped me off. More importantly, they were grossly incompetent and caused major issues during my move.  They were to move a car from upstate NY to PA. I was VERY specific that my car did not run, and a semi truck would not be able to make the turn to my drive way. This was all indicated in the contract, and the agreed estimate was increased because these conditions.

First, they did not show up on time. Then days late, they sent a semi (tractor & trailer) car hauler that did could not make the driveway to pick up the car. I set the car in the driveway a day before they were to come. A week later, the town sent me a letter to put the car in the garage of face a fine. I had already moved out, and the car sat there waiting to be moved.

Finally, the last day before the town fined me, (the day of settlement on the sale of my house) I went to u-haul, got a trailer, and drove up to NY and got the car myself. I almost did not close on the house because the new owners thought my car may have been abandoned.

They refused to give me my deposit back. After a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, their refunded $75 of my $150. The money is just the insult to the real injury, which is their totally incompetent behavior. They will say ANYTHING to get that deposit.
