I have contacted this company repeatedly via email and only when i made the threat to contact my attorney, CC company, BBB, and FEC did they offer to resend the chairs (this was over a month ago-original purchase was 08/05/2020). I tried to call the number listed on the email (206/296-8536) and it says "Server not reachable". I am contacting my CC asking them to recoup the money immediately.
