I am the owner of Cars By Owner, Inc. I own the domain platform CarsByOwner.io - Feel free to contact me to confirm. Merve Engin from NoktaDomains.com agreed to sell me the domain: CarsByOwner.com for $10,000 total.
The payments were split into 10 payments for $1000 each. I made 1st payment. Than I made a second payment . On the second payment: Seller changes mind.
They refund the second payment but they KEEP the first payment. They refuse to give my money using a cheap dodging excuse "You used the name" This was never about LEASING a domain... This was BUYING a domain!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
I hate to be prejudice but...Turkish are known to be scammers and dishonest people in general. NoktaDomains.com is turkish offshore domain registrar and broker that only will scam you and run away with your money....
