This moving company needs to be stopped and put out of business!

I'm not sure who is running this operation!

Charged me double when they got to my door, charged me $300 to pack up my Plasma TV and Glass stand.  They did not disconnect the two items, wrapped them both together, yet when items were FINALLY delivered, somehow the TV was suddenly no longer attached to the stand.  However, it went out the door that way...go figure.  They have no explanation why or where it went.  Thank God I only moved 1 TV!

Coffee Table severely dented on all 4 corners, despite the "extrat charge" of them carefully wrapping it with blanket, bubble wrap, etc. Go figure how it was destroyed!

This company clearly stole my Plasma TV.  Took them 3 weeks from the time they picked up my "small" furniture load to deliver it.

Claims Department doesn't exist and emails bounce back as "undeliverable".  Dispatch left me on hold several times (for over 30 minutes!) for me to try and get estimated delivery date.

Sometimes they answer, sometimes they do not.

Fortunately I did not have cash on me so used my credit card which i am trying to dispute that now.  I will take that money away from them, I'm so mad right now!

I have recently read more and more reports on this awful company. 

How does this keep happening?

Why can't they be stopped or their web site be "shut down" - i don't understand. This vandalism will continue to happen to innocent people and they must be stopped!
