Nu- Covenant Plus, Brother Polight, 2012stores.com Purchased Books That I Did Not Receive, Company Will Not Respond To Calls, Email or Social Media Internet

I watched many of the videos produced by the individual named Brother Polight. The information was very informative so I decided to purchase some of the books from his website. I Placed an order for the books in September 2016. It is now December 2016 and I have not receved any of the books I ordered. I have made numerous attempts to make contact about my order using email, telephone and even social media. I have not received a return call, email or anything regarding my order.

I have been way more than patient with this company and tried to give them an opportunity to fulfill my order but I cant even get the courtesy of a email response. This is extremely poor customer service and appears to be a ripoff. Where are the books books I ordered? The website says awaiting fulfillment, however it does not take 4 months to fulfill a book order.
