The 90 Day Guarantee is a misleading trick to induce sales. NO WHERE does it state to save the bottles for refund to be made. On May 17, 2017, after wading through the myriad "hard-sell" pop-ups selling more and estra products, I found myself odering a 90-day supply of BIO 4X, INDUCED specifically by the repetive assurance of a 90-day "NO QUESTIONS ASKED GUARANTEE." Today, July 17, I received an email asking about "my experience with Bio X4?." I replied, "POOR." and received an authorization to return the product for a refund. I assumed that would mean the remaining product as I saw no point to open the 3rd bottle. I called their customer service to get clarification and she was sad to inform me that if I didn't return all 3 bottles (one finished and thrown away a month ago)

I would only get a partial refund. I told her that no the website said no such thing, ACTUALLY, I quote, "Our Confidence is so high that you'll get results from our products, that we offer a 90 day money-back guarantee! If you're not 100% satisfied with our product within 90 days, give us a call, and we will get you your money back, absolutely no questions asked!" (from http://nucific.com/about.php). The representative insisted that it was our policy and it was probably "somewhere on the website in the fine print." REALLY, THAT qualifies as a deceptive sales technique excuse if I ever heard one. Product quality or lack thereof aside, Nucific is INDUCING people to buy with their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" BUT FAILING TO INFORM THEM OF THE REQUIREMENTS --- NOT EVEN IN THE WRITTEN MATERIAL THAT COMES WITH THE PRODUCT.

Hello there. I am Naomi Benson from Nucific and I am sorry to read that you feel you have been tricked and deceived. I regret that our customer service representative was unable to provide you with clearer information regarding our Money Back Guarantee and Refund policy. It is industry standard to require the return of the bottles, used and unused, in order to issue a full refund.

As an extra convenience, we offer a 40% refund to customers who decide to not send back the product containers. We apologize for the miscommunication on our end and I would like to issue you this full refund right away with no need to send anything back. Please contact me at naomi.benson@nucific.com so I can resolve this issue.
