Nuero-Pain Medical Center SCAMMERS - I decided to leave their facility because of their awful office staff, Owner and his wife are very nasty, rude, and money hungry. The refuse to release my medical records Julius had the ner Tampa, Florida

Upon my physcian leaving their facility i also no longer wanted to go to their facility. Upon requesting my medical records they told me they would not give me my records whatsoever not even for a a price. I even attempted to go to the new facility to sign a release form and yet they still refuse to release my records. Unfortunately i had to go to their facility in Jan because i was going on vacation and did not have time to sitch to the new facility so i told them in Feb 2010 i will be going to a new facility and i would appreciate if they would send my records upon receipt of my release. Then Julius the owner had the nerve to call the new facility and accuse me of doctor shopping which i do not do i am no criminal nor do i have a criminal records and any idiot can check into my insurance and see i only see one doctor once a month. So i called the police department to see what i could possible do they said to sue Julius for defimation of character and i am seriously considering suing Julius for defimation of character.

In addition, i have seen julius walk people in an hand them scripts in exchange of money. I believe they are doing illegal activities and thats another reason i dont want to go there because i have serious back issues and im no criminal and do not want to be caught in anything remotely close to anything illigal.
