Jared, the owner, has a personal vendetta against me because I was unwilling to answer his unprofessional line of questioning, and spread rumors that were absolutely false about me to my bosses resulting in the termination of my employment.

Jared personally emailed me based on an old resume he found of mine on LinkedIn, and all but begged me to come in for an interview even though I was already employed and didn't think the position particularly suited me. In an interview with the company, I was asked a series of unreasonable questions about my current employer, to which I simply responded I was not willing to say anything bad about my current employer. This agitated Jared, who began to berate me and insist that my skills were sub-par, calling me a "c**** a**hole". I terminated the interview. The next morning, my boss informed me that he had called them and told them I was talking trash about my employer, and I was to be let go as a result.

This standard of professionalism is far below what should be expected of any business.
