in May I purchased two Ancient Roman Posture Back Braces via internet address. Delivery took several weeks, probably from China. The sizes delivered were wrong. I contacted their support dept. by phone two times to request a return and exchange for the correct size. Both times was told that someone would contact me to make the arrangements. Never heard from anyone. Sent email to their support address requesting the same exchange and never heard back from them. Contact by phone or email is futile. I am stuck with merchandise that is overpriced and useless.
Has to be a scam so Buyer Beware.
