Ryan Homes built a house for me and the roof has random nails shot all over the shingles.

I am dealing with James M. Sack the Vice President and General Counsel of NVR. It is a complete nightmare.

All I want it my roof fix and he does not care.

Please email him at jms@sacklaw.com and ask him to fix my roof.

Get them to fix it! I had a roof put onmy home several years ago and the same problem came up. The roofers did not nail through the "nail strips" on the shingles. It looks like that is the same problem you have.

In a few years, your whole roof will start to slide off the house just like mine did. I had sections that dropped 3-4" I finally had to pay another company $600.00 to renail the whole roof.
