RACE WAR After I said I want out. The manager began his race war evidenced by first his back dated invoice covering the month before plus this month in advance. Then after he gave me a lowered amount, as if that was going to make me feel better. Why give me an invoice at all when the prior nursing said I would have the same as before which is zero.

Throughout my stay there I encountered cat calls so much that one therapy work said “Hey that not nice” I felt helpless a stroke victim after I told a therapy worker in the 7th grade on my first day in a new school I had to fight about 20, I punched first. He called a draw and the 20 in his crew backed down. But a stroke victim can barely vocalize in a wheelchair can do nothing except take the punch. Race wars exist in Oak Pavilion.

STOLEN STUFF Its the weak vs strong. Every law protect the weak wheelchair age 62, over Oak Pavilion Nursing Center's bullies. I have been relocated since August 13. It has been 7 days still nothing, no return call to head nurse to me, no return emails. 

Get ready for all your stuff stolen systematically under the direction of the manager and all those conspired under him. The most important item is Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber which has five boxes, and its worth high four figures. I sold a house to be able to buy this. A manual wheelchair. Two bottles of turmeric it's for my tinnitus. Two suitcases, three boxes of clothes. Hairdryer confiscated, it makes deep muscles.

This is the second time things were stolen from me since my stroke – and I am tired of it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Do not ever move to a place that will destroy you. From day one I felt this was a wrong choice the social worker put me in. When your destroyed your life becomes a nightmare, don't tell me I didn't warn. The floors wasn't clean in my room or any rooms. Compare it to Miamisburg it looks like they got on hands and knees to get it clean.

The building is Oak Pavilion Nursing Center - think about it. What does the name say NURSING CENTER - it supposed to be about the cleanliness. It has roaches, bad damages from water leakages, an old fan that made much noise the 4 story building shakes. The air conditioner did not work, never mind the knobs were missing. The entire building stayed half empty.

I have been here for 10 months - for 8 months they did nothing. After Sandra Mingua finally admits she screwed up, I just wasted 8 months waiting for nothing. After the fan was replaced with the same noisy fan, I have been after Alex to get me out of here almost daily... GET ME OUT OF HERE!

The mean manager and a crooked management company, all that combine together is really bad situation. The building and people are really sick and disgusting.

FOOD. The numerous epicurious websites, you would think the cooks would taste what they serve. I have salad (thinking the cook couldn't possibly mess it up). I replaced all kinds of chicken, boiled meats, fake bacon, fake eggs don't look yellow.

EVICT NO REASON. Four weeks after I said get me out of here, I'm fed up for put up the d**n noisy fan. But he'll do about anything he can to evict patients/tenants for no particular reasons.

They show no dignity for privacy and respect. They think they can walk in on you without no notice, taking illegal pictures, leave the doors wide open, even though I kept it shut. At all hours, day or nights, you better except no knocks on the door, they own you.

I hear the leftovers are dropping like flies after the corona / Wuhan / China virus?
