OBX OBX RACING SPORTS SOLD ME A PRODUCT SPECIFIC TO MY VEHICLE AND IT DOESN"T EVEN FIT. Oakland, California

I bought Headers for my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT 8. These headers are specific to my vehicle, they are not a universal part that is made for several different vehicle's so you would think that the product would fit like a gloves.

 I received the product and immediately had them ceramic coated. After the installation a heard this wierd rubbing noise coming from the Jeep. After several trips to the Jeep dealer and several hundred dollars later for diagnosis, they found that the exhaust is so close to the frame of the vehicle that they rub everytime I turn left.

I have sent 4 e-mails to OBX directly and have also sent 4 to 5 e-mails to the dealer on E-Bay with no reply from any, and the one time the dealer asked me to send an e-mail he didnt want it sent through E-bay for some reason.

With the headers, ceramic caoting, installation and diagnosis charges for the rubbing I am into the headers for close to 3 grand and now all they are good for is wall ornaments. Can you say RIPPED OFF!!!!!!
