Ohio Legal Blank, National Bank Note and Able Stamp charge excessive shipping and handling fees on orders placed online, in writing and over the phone. This is strictly for the profit of the companies and their officers at customers' expense.
In each case, the Vice President of the companies, Deborah ("Debby") Roberts Luster, who is in charge of the office and retail locations adds a minimum of $1.00, but usually more, onto each shipment, gouging innocent customers under the pretense of "Shipping and Handling" charges. Outgoing packages are normally sent using weighing and labeling systems accessed through UPS.com and Stamps.com. The only "handling" is the placing of merchandise in its box, weighing it and printing a label.
In the cases of orders that customers place in writing, in person or by telephone, the excessive "shipping and handling charges" are added on manually. The ordering protocol that is set up online automatically upgrades shipping charges and adds them top the customers' totals.
