OffroadArmor.net - Off Road Armor LLC - JD Murray - Paid cash for rock sliders on 4/17/2014. Now, almost four months later, they have still not been made. JD agreed to refund my money, and is now ignoring my attempts to contact him. Peyton Colorado

4/17/2014 - Paid cash for rock sliders. This was an in-person transaction at his residence, for which I have a handwritten receipt. JD stated that they would be done within a week.
7/14/2014 - Emailed JD to check the status. He indicated that he had 'lost my invoice'. I gave him the invoice number and all data from the receipt, and refreshed his memory of the transaction. He said that he remembered me, that he was on vacation, and that the sliders were NOT finished. He said that he would finish them when he got back in town and contact me.
7/30/2014 - No attempts at contact from JD. I emailed him and asked for a refund. He stated a 'medical issue had come up, and he may need surgery on an eye'. JD agreed to a refund, and said he would try to send a check on Monday, which was 8/4/2014.
8/6/2014 - emailed JD again, no reply.
8/13/2014 - emailed JD again, no reply.

8/17/2014 - emailed JD indicating that I was looking in to small claims actions. He said he doesn't have the money I paid him, that he is not obligated to refund the money I paid him for a product that was never finished, that he might refund the money at some undisclosed future time, and to go ahead with legal actions.
