Old Town Atelier Dan Kolar Alexandra Kolar Press and Ink Scamming and Blocking Paying Customers Temecula California

Dan Kolar and Alexandra Kolar of Old Town Atelier are scamming clients and attempting to hide thinking everything will go away.

This is my experience:
I placed an order with Old Town Atelier on July 16th. After weeks of shipment notifications or replies to my messages, I requested a refund.

Dan Kolar finally responded stating he just shipped my order and I could refuse the shipment for a full refund (see attached photo). I refused the order delivery as he told me to do and it was received by Dan Kolar on 8/12 (see attached photo).

To date, Dan Kolar has refused to refund. Dan has kept the materials and stolen my money. I sent Dan another message asking for the refund he promised... and he blocked me (see attached photo).
Dan Kolar also blocked me on the Old Town Atelier page.
 
In my opinion, Old Town Atelier is a scam and should be shut down. Old Town Atelier is being investigated by Attorney General's in multiple states. The Federal Trade Commission is also investigating Dan Kolar and Alexandra Kolar.

Dan Kolar and Alexandra Kolar are both pathological liars. If they don't just block you, they will blame everything on someone else and tell you any excuse they can think of: Cancer, COVID, Moving, Lost in Mail, Assistant's Fault, Death in Family, Too many orders, Fire Damage, Water Damage, Break In, Biden did it, Trump did it, etc...............
 
Many, many others are having the same issues with Old Town Atelier (see attached photo). Accomplices of Old Town Atelier also run many Facebook groups that target Glowforge owners. The admins of the group delete and ban anyone who shares their experience.

Consider yourself warned. Buy from any other company.
