Ordered free trial of ombia derm  and eye serum, they billed my credit card $4.95 and an1.99  also  5.95 for shipping  that's fine but after that came another order which was not authorized. and my credit card was charged $94.57 and $89.47 also i was charged another $94.57 and $89.47 3 weeks later.    I called the customer care number on my original free trial orders and complained that I did not authorize these shipments and orders.   They said the fine print states that this was a continuous order monthly.  They cancelled my subscription account but stated that I was required to pay the balance due.  

had read another complaint about this scam and was aware of the process.   I stated I wanted all my monies back which totaled $368.08  they said they could give me back 30%, I stuck to my guns and they oiffered 50%,still hung in there then came the 75% offer   still no dice.   just hang there and insist on 100%   thats what they gave me in the end.  Note this was the 3rd time I had called them.  first time they wanted to know my credit card number to find me in their records, I would not give it to them, second time they found my account and said it was cancelled and I argued to refund and they hung up on me. 

I was livid and called again and they started to bargain with me, hang in there and they will agree to 100%   Don't let them hang up.    As of this day I received 3 of the refunds, I also received 4 refund notices, called them back and they said it was processed and could not not check further   I called my credit card company and filed a complaint and they are refunding my money and pursueing them for my funds.   Just to let you know   when I asked the company where to send back the shipment they said keep it.   so much for that       Just get everything in email and don't settled for less.  threaten them with calling the attorny general
