Be Aware Of Omega Trade Wholesale.I purchased products from Mr. Paul Ellston, sales rep for Omega Trade Wholesale in late November of 2010. I waited for the products for over a month and never received anything. After contacting Mr. Ellston several times regarding my orders status he assured me it was an error in transit and actually tried to offer me more products at a discount.
I waited over a month for products which never came before initiating the refund sequence. Forty-two days after the original purchase this guy still tried to convince me that my order was on the way and the items were just held up by the manufacturer. Their policy states you will receive a refund within 4-6 weeks less a 25% restocking fee. It's been 7 weeks and I haven't received a thing- No money, no contact and on top of everything they've changed their number.
If you're a consumer serious about wholesale merchandise RUN from this company. Their flagrant fraud gives true merchandisers a bad name.
