Did you seriously call the police to try to get unbanned on a website?? Waste of resources. When you joined the site, you agreed to terms of service that give them the power to make any decisions they want about moderation. It is very unlikely that you could sue them for emotional distress. If they are being emotionally abusive, just stop going to the site. If you continued going there voluntarily, that is on you. Maybe if you had actually explained what happened or why you think you were treated unfairly, we might have at least some understanding.
