This company frequently post on Craigslist looking for people to work in their call center. They don't even disclose their company name until you get to the location. They promise you that you can earn between $3000 - $6000 / Month. They are definitely a start up company, but they make it seem like they've been around for years. The call center is ran by unprofessional managers. They are clueless on how to properly run a call center. They hire and fire on the spot. They provide a crash course training and throw you on the phones without giving you the proper tools. They have a huge turnover, and this is the reason why they would always be hiring. There is no money at this company. Don't waste your time. It's not the best / highest paid customer service job ever. It's a SCAM. They make you fill out a ton of paperwork to make the company look legit. They bought their BBB ratings as well. It's a terrible company to work for. They usually do an open interview with at least 15-20 people at a time. They end up hiring everyone on day one. By day two, half the people were fired for various stupid reasons. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible Company! On a scale of 1-10 (10 for best), I would give this company a 1!

Very high turnover, everything exactly to the point is correct by the first blogger. Job seekers, don't bother wasting your time on them, it's a big scam. This punk a** fool Russell...whomever & whatever this dude is, sits on management collecting dollars from students who think this company can help them out in their student loan dept. They are just like those scam loan mod companies except their into student loans. You want to waste your money, while these b****** laugh their a**** off collecting money from you, go right ahead.

I would have to admit that I probably should not take the time to respond to your complaint as it's clear you are trying to intentionally damage a company that is trying to help people. I am an employee of Student Consolidation Aid. I was shocked when I arrived on my first day and noticed a vast degree of difference in the people that were hired along with me. I was happy to see people of all races, ages, backgrounds economically and professional. This company will give any qualified candidates a chance to prove themselves. They do watch the bottom line and release people that will not be able to deliver the quality of service that somebody struggling with student loans deserves in a difficult situation. I am proud of the fact that I get to help people daily. We get student loans out of default that release garnishes and allow people to continue their education at the finest schools in the country. More to the point I personally have a high degree of ethics and have walked out of jobs at LARGE corporations because those corporations whom I shall not name could not provide a culture of ethics. I'm sorry you did not fit best of luck to you in all your endeavors.
