I never hired a lawyer, it wasn't worth the money once I discovered they were so incompetent that they never charged me the whole amount.  It wasn't worth the time or money for such a small amount. 

Their attitude was unacceptable and there is plenty of false and misleading information that came from the company.  I wanted statewide coverage and they gave me 3 cities which no one would ever search the way they set it up.  If they are such a great company, they should have pleased me instead of creating ill will.  That's called customer service, sometimes a company has to bend and they weren't interested.  They burned me. Now everyone can see my experience.

I have 45 years of business experience and I never would treat a customer the way Online Services treated me.  I made sure my customers were satisfied even if I had to give up some money.  My name was worth more than any amount of money.  Too bad so many business people don't understand the meaning of customer service.

 Online Services IDM has been doing business for 19 years, Four hundred plus clients and thousands of websites developed and marketed; this is the first person to make such false statements about us.

Joe, Joel Garberg Paid us to rebuild him a website, which we did.  The process was grueling to say the least because he really wanted to be a part of the development process.  After the project was completed he wrote us a very nice email saying how much he likes the website and it was such a pleasure working with us.

Six months later he contacts me saying he does not like the website, it was done wrong and he wants his money back.  How can this be, let me send you back the email praising us on how much you (Joel Garberg) loved the website.  Yes, thats right what gives? Joel was really involved in the design process from the very beginning.  Obviously, there is something foul a foot here.  So we did not refund his money.  Come to find out a competitor was feeding him all types of crap and he was buying it by the shovel full.

We provide Local, National and Global marketing packages.  Our local packages start with 3 cities, but you can buy more.  Of course he bought the minimal 3 cities.  We delivered by having all the keywords that he asked for within the top 2 pages of Google.  But no one was using those keywords and he did not get any sales.  Initially we sent a list of 10 keywords our tools indicated would be good, but he did not want those.  He is smarter than the tools and he is the customer so we used his keywords.  We cannot force people to buy from him we can only deliver what is promised which is to have him positioned within the top 2 pages based on your keywords.

Joel, tried to do a Credit Card Charge back. But we sent the credit card company his contract, his emails of approval that he had sent to us, and copies of his positions in google.com and they denied him. Why did they deny him because he was wrong!  We gave him exactly what he asked for and in the time provided.  I'm sure he went to an attorney and Im sure the attorney reviewed all of the documentation and informed him that he would lose the case, because this Online Services IDM company delivered on everything as promised. 

The reality is we promise to do what we say we are going to do.  Once, we do that we expect to be paid for a fare days work.  We are very professional and are willing to bend over backwards to help a client.  But we dont work for free.  If you are looking for a company that will work for free then we are not the guys, but if you want good work at a fare price please feel free to call at anytime. 786 429 3651.
