I paid $4000 for the purchase of an online ad campaign. The company's guarantee said I would receive the $4000 back with any commissions earned in the campaign. They also state that if the company terminated there agreement with the clients then the client would receive their initial payment back ($12,000) minus commissions paid.

The company has completely stopped business and communications. No email, or phone responses. They have deactivated the campaign platform. You can not reach anyone, even if you try from the website.

They have not paid any of the money owed to me from the campaign, and according to their agreement I should be receiving money toward the refund of my initial payment also.  They have not responded to any of my official requests for payment.

Now I am finding other that share my same experience with Matt Graham and OnlineAcademy.com
