Optical Masters Damaged Eye Glass Frames Denver Colorado

I went in with my own frame to get lenses made. They where expensive Oakley frames. The sales person told me they could make identical lenses to the oakley ones. Which was a lie, they came out a different flat shape that didnt even fit my frames. They damaged and bent my frames to make them fit. Also once they gave me the frames they felt loose. I took them to the official oakley sotre, they told me that these glasses are going to break if they made any adjustments; they told me to go back for a refund.  I did go back and they offered to place some new bushings on the lenses. I waited for a month and they never ordered and had totally forgotten about it. I left them my frame and they somehow "misplaced" it and took them a week for them to find it. I ended up getting a refund after a long month of waiting and begging them to help me I had to almost call them every day for them to figure stuff out. A week before I got my refund I heard the manager (his name is Nima) yelling and cursing me out. You could here it outside where the customers where standing. At the end I was left with a damaged Oakley frame which was expensive to start with.
