He loves to cheat on his wife. Are doctors not supposed to be ethical people? Then he takes it a step further to bribe his mistress and her husband not to tell his wife. Offered him free chiropractor services.

Otherwise you could be brought up on charges of libel.  If her husband knows about it, they are scamming him.
