On september 3, I bought a 30 minute session with Crystal, and sechedule the session for September 4 at 4 PM. I arrived at 3:41 per my text message, and received no response. at 4:03 I asked if I should leave. then she responded saying she was meditating and would be right there. However, I was then told by a man that Crystal's grandfather was actually in the hospital and she would have to reschedule. So Monday Sept. 7th I texted her at 11:25 am asking if the rescheduled time for that day at 1:30pm was going to work. She said she had to reschedule because her son had asthma and had to go to the hosptial now, not her grandfather.

I said 5 pm that day was fine. That was my first session with crystal, which I paid for through her website, at that session she said she wanted to continue the session for another 30 minutes for free. so I agreed to meet the following Thursday. I texted her that day at 11:33 am asking if 5 PM still worked, and she said again she had to reschedule to the next day because she was "in norco doing my mediation..." I met her for the second time the following day, where she convinced me to work with her for another month for $580.00 to which I venmo'd her. She said to contact her in the mean time to update her and keep her posted with any questions I had. On the day before we were scheduled to meet, I called her and then texted her at 2:22 pm asking what time she wanted to meet.

She said 5:30 pm, then the next day said she needed to reschedule again because "the heat will not allow the candle to cure." So she asked if I could move it to Monday. I said okay. and we planned on 6:30 pm Monday September 21. I again tried to call to confirm if it was an in person meeting or phone, with little response, then was told it was in-person, which was the third and final time I saw her. I had sent updates which she had asked me to do, and received no response for 6 days. I asked if our scheduled fourth meeting was still happening at 6:30pm on Monday September 28, to which she then claimed she had been in a fender bender. At this point I asked if we were still meeting, assuming she was okay, but was given no response. To which I finally told her I felt I was being taken for a ride. She then started verbally attacking me via text.

Told me I was unethical, unemotional, rude, uncaring. I was open to continuing our sessions for some reason, and could tell she was mildly unstable so I tried to be nice, and open. However, she then stopped responding again to my messages to which I asked for a refund (which she said she was open to the following day). However, now she said she would not refund me at all because I used her time. And then she began to threaten me again saying I was inconsiderate, I am needy, and unreasonable, that she will not give me a refund. She then tried to blackmail me as well saying and I quote "For that reason if you decide to post on yelp i will also post our entire sessions now that you'll make it public i have the ability to not make it public i don't appreciate the way that you are handling this in the way you are being so difficult. I have the ability to also make it public once you post about our sessions together.

whatever you do i will fight i have have records of our meetings." She then said "go ahead fight me, let's see how far you can get, major karma coming your way, and that she was capable of much more. I then blocked her and posted to yelp, where she is now telling me she has my address and well as members of my family’s addresses as well.
