BEWARE DO NOT USE ORANGE EXTERMINATORS as the owner RYAN BERRY is corrupt and dishonest. He and his workers are deceitful. Please read all the way to the end to have the full picture of this unethical scheming company that committs FORGERY in the end.

2013 - OE came to our home for a termite inspection and found termites.We agreed to foaming the inside of the walls in addition to treating other areas of the property. The process used is to drill a small hole the size of a pen head,spray the foam in, patch and repair the stucco. We discussed that we currently used a pest control company for ants, fleas ect.. We were told that we could cancel the current Pest co. and that they would cover the pest control as well as the termites. Contract reads that we pay $198.00 per year to continue the service that included inspection/treatment of termites.

We paid $3,400.00 in full via credit card to treat the property for termites and pests.After completion of the work they mailed us a written report for the work that included a property diagram of the treated areas. The diagram depicted was missing areas that were originally agreed upon. I think they hoped we wouldn't see this.

We attempted to contact OE to rectify the issue. We were ignored and not one call was returned. i then diputed the charge with my Visa co. We finally recieved a return call. OE treated and updated the diagram to include all areas.OE advised us that they do not offer ANY pest control. They then signed a seperate contract agreeing to sub contract an outside pest control co. when needed at our request with no cost to us, as long as we continued the yearly service with them. We felt they rectified the issues and agreed to pay in full.

2014 - we paid the yearly $198.00, OE provided the yearly inspection and treated areas as necessary.We made them aware of the stucco where the holes had been placed showing cracking an chipping off. We received no repsponse regarding the stucco. 

We called them out for termite dropping within the house. They treated the area by drilling 12 holes into the window trim and spraying product into the holes. This caused the trim to bubble. No response to our request for repair.

OE comes back out to the property and the workers take pictures of the window trim damage and the stucco advising me they need to speak with the owner. I then hand them a check for the $198.00 to continue the yearly service. If I don't pay the $198.00 I could risk loosing the warrenty on the foamed walls and being stuck with damages to my property.

The worker Ramone refuses my check. He states I need to call the main office. I speak with owner Ryan Berry. Ryan is rude and raising his voice at me. He states he will not renew the contract as he will no longer continue the pest control service. We have a debate as I have 2 signed contracts and I express my concerns. 

His workers were sitting across the street on the curb waiting for Ryans go ahead via cell to leave or stay. I tell him that he planned and caculated these actions. He said, yes he no longer wanted to do business with me unless I canceled the pest control contract. I refused but he finally accepted my check. Ramone and his cowroker come back to my front porch for receipt of the check.

THE WORKER SIGNS THE NEW CONTRACT IN DUPLICATE BUT WRITES IN A HIGHER YEARLY DOLLAR FIGURE. I refuse to sign it. He then crosses it out and writes in the $198.00. I then sign the contract.

HE THEN SAY'S HOLD ON A MINUTE AND THEN RUNS TO HIS TRUCK A FEW YARDS AWAY. HE COMES BACK AND HE HAS printed in the line ABOVE MY SIGNATURE STATING "PEST CONTROL NOT INCLUDED"

FORGERY! I tell them to get off of my property and immidiatly call Ryan Berry. This crooked,low down business will stop at nothing. He is clearly shameless and underhanded.In follow up phone calls I have tried to resolve this issue with no avail.

Ryan Berry has stated to me that he planned this with his 2 workers and that they will get on the court stand and tell a different story about the signing of the contract and the added sentance. LIARS !!!!!! If there is anyone else out there being treated the same by Orange Exterminator please contact me as I would like to file a class action law suit.
