Original Keyless Ordered two remote keys, received them and neither worked. Both were used parts. Internet, Arizona

I ordered two key fobs for a 2010 Chrysler.  After receiving them in the mail I discovered that they were used parts.  I took them to a locksmith as per their instructions and was informed that only an authorized Chrysler dealer could re-program the keys.  At two Chrysler dealers I was informed that used key fobs could not be re-programmed because of a built in computer chip that once programmed to a specific car could not be changed.  I returned these items, vis US Mail, and after three months have not received any reply from Original Keyless.  After reading the reviews on this web site, something I should have done before ordering the junk, I cannot believe this company has been allowed to stay in business for so long.  My next correspondence will be with the Prescott Arizona police, Fraud Branch, and although I am 2300 miles away I will be willing to press charges and testify in court.
