   Don't fall for it i ordered 4 me and my husband Only had it a few days and charged me full amount i called orthowhite and they laughed in my face and pretty much said to bad they canceled my order but said i had to pay the $78.41. Can't call Dazzlesmile couldn't get thur on hold  for 45 min, but got on live chat with them they gave me run around told me to call them later, only had it 2 days said even if i return it before the 14 days they will still charge me fixed them though called bank and they canceled my card and going to send me a new one so no more charges Ha! make sure u call and cancel your acct. or there charge u every month what's bad the package my husband got was used, one someone sent back it was in a clear baggie like u buy at store, real class ORTHOWHITE

There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window.
