Oscar Santa Cruz Estafador Preys on Woman -Possibly spreading STD's Miami Florida

Cuidado con este estafador.

Nearly every day he is with a new sexual partner.  They initially do not know about each other.  The women claim he has unprotected sex with them regardless of their protests.  We've heard a few of them say he tells them "it's been a very long time since he had sex" but in truth it could have been the day before or even the same day.  We live near him and see the traffic come and go.  We've heard several of these women tell their stories, and they were very upset and crying.  One woman told us he abandoned his children before they were born to two different women and that he is cruel to his parents.  We are writing this so that future victims protect themselves.  These women claim they met him in Miami, Brickel, and Key Biscayne.  There is a very good chance he has communicable diseases, do not take a chance with your life.  Do not take your chances with this predator.  

This predator is a pathological liar. He brags that he works for the Department of Defense and Oracle.  We wonder if these companies realize he is saying this and if he does work for them, do they know of his deceptive personality? Beware.
