I was taken to this hospital by ambulance since this problem was persisting longer than I had thought it would.

During the ER triage I first meet Dr. Nicole Brenner. She makes forward statements of non fact citing I will need to be on medication forever. For what?  This person as of this moment knows NOTHING about me.  Likely not even my name. That seems strange and as if there is an agenda here.

She harms me with an ultrasound probe all but crushing my sternum by pressing on it as hard as she could. There was no reason for the behaviour. You can't see through the bone this way. It was done to harm me.

Her behaviour overall is condescending, contrarian, rude, and all but calling me a liar and insinuating that I am being dishonest and/or that I am wrong.  I am not. She cited that the problems with my legs and water retention are a cardiac event, they are not.  

They are caused by fact I've ingested some chemical poison that was found in my container of milk. I discuss history of cardiac events and include a problem of being envenomed in the lower left leg. I discuss anaphylaxis and a new peanut allergy and mention the problem extends to and relates to fats and is caused by that earlier event.

She disagreed with "Probably Not".  Akin to saying it did not happen.  It did and I have proof. And the allergy started following the event in which I was envenomed. She "defends" with the claim they are not feeding me peanuts.  This is not the point.  Of course. 

The chemical burns on my legs are my lymphatic system's response to the poison I ingested in San Antonio that was in Horizon Organic Milk. She and they misrepresented the problems overall, finding and correcting other cardiac problems, likely caused by the poison being in my system, along with the 100lbs of water weight they removed using Lasix.

They ignored the fact I had some toxin in my system and then mirepresented the other problems as caused by it. I had a procedure to image the area and a stent was placed to correct an 80-85% blockage near my heart. 

This problem has been there long ago and should have been corrected prior to 2003 back in NY where much of the prior medical mayhem and harm was done.  My father knew of it.  So this is not related to the poison.  The heartbeat problem is. So is are the chemical burns on my legs.

I had a Transesophageal Echocardiagram and a Cardioversion to remedy an irregular heartbeat known as Atrial Fibrillation. This was caused by the chemical in my blood. Dr Rahmatulla indicated, as did others, that the heart rate was restored immediately to normal, good news.

Dr Rahmatulla indicated to me that Dr Brenner cited me as having a history of non compliance.  That is not true. And she would not know that. I discussed the fact medical providers in NY were wrong and cited why and how.  That history was at the latest, ending in 2003. Dr Nicole Brenner was likely not even out of High School as of then and she did not read any medical history to make her false claim about non-compliance.

Given the fact this event wiped me out, I am a large person, strong, and in good health overall, and I have specific training and ability, I'd say people died from this since it is a concern for others since other people ingested the same poison in the same milk.  This would kill a child immediately.

This is now tantamount to mass murder.  Why lie about it, and then accuse me of being dishonest? This was done to deceive and to obstruct. I was discharged with some comments made on paper to include the problems being treated, the poison was not mentioned at all and was not treated, but replaced with a slur of "Paranoid and Delusional", which was never discussed or treated either.

Biography

Nicole Brenner, MD is a Core Faculty member for the University of Central Florida’s Internal Medicine Residency Program at Osceola Regional Medical Center. Dr. Brenner grew up on Long Island, New York, and received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Stony Brook University. She earned her medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indes. Dr. Brenner spent one year of her training at Northumbria University, United Kingdom, in a Global Scholars program. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the Georgetown University Hospital/MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC, where she then served as a Chief Resident working in medical education and quality improvement. She identifies as an LGBTQ+ ally and is passionate about achieving a state of health equity. In her time away from work, Dr. Brenner enjoys cooking, traveling, listening to music, rock climbing, and playing with her dog.

This is laughable since nothing could be further from the truth.  This woman harmed me intentionally, lied about essentially all the facts, and did nothing to properly remove the toxins from my blood other than squeezing me like a sponge to remove water that was in excess.

Another female doctor approached me and indicated she was going to intervene.  Which was certainly the right thing to do.  She agreed with me. One of her points is that they use this brand of milk at the hospital, to which I said right, I did this in this way in order to protect the public and that includes you and us.

The water was there for a reason.  And this could have ruined my kidneys and as another doctor/nurse pointed out, they should have placed me on dialysis to clean the blood instead of pumping me full of diuretics, blood thinners, and medicine to stabilize the heartbeat.

The other medicines did not work either likely for reasons I cited to them, that being the toxin in the blood.

This is mass murder. Beyond that I was just visiting Kissimmee Florida and with that staying in a local studio apartment style hotel. I needed to contact the hotel and see about making another payment to extend my stay. The phone in my room was not working, some of the nurses are also involved in the maltreatment, and these people attempted to delay my stay in order to see or have the hotel close out my room and destroy my property.

That was done by making false statements about tests to the doctors, delaying the tests, indicating they were done when in fact they were not done, not doing injections and citing they were done, etc.  Lies. This is malice.

I was released with a wad of useless paper with gross omissions of fact, scads of worthless and inaccurate statements of non-fact, and a stack of useless and wrong prescriptions two of which the discharge nurse tossed out. Who is she to do that? This is a farce.

As I type this today, it is now April 09, 2020 and the damage to my legs is still healing, I have lots of pain and damage to the tendons and joints in the ankle and foot and I have to as of today yet, HUGELY accommodate this problem by limiting how I walk and move around in my home.  Forget hiking all over the place.

NOT ONE WORD was said to me about that, what to do or how to limit my movements, that include the use of catheters in my groin and wrist used to implant the stent.  From January I had to essentially figure all this out for myself and make gross limitations to my actions and activities etc. This is derelict!!

The actions of some of the nurses were abusive also. A nurse named Lorena while wheeling me down to the CT Scan area took the metal foot rest of the wheelchair and smashed it into my left shin which was already bloody and damaged.  Why do that? I told her wait 5 seconds and I will move my leg.

Another time she went to help me dress and as I went to move my arms around she slapped my right arm and told me to lower it.  No reason to strike me, just tell me what you need me to do. Clara is another nurse who lied about the fact medicines were or were not being infused or given, she lied about Xrays and other diagnostics she claimed were done but were not.  

A male tech/nurse who did a CT Scan using a radio-tracer whipped me in the face with a surgical tube as I went to move back onto my hospital bed and from the scanner bed.  No reason for this. etc.
