Outdoor Detail LLC Outdoor Detail Poor management and poor service leads to very frustrated customer Hamilton Georgia

I have experienced nothing but total frustration with this landscape company over the past six months. I met with both owners sometime ago and expressed my complaints with there lawn maintenance. I had informed them that I wanted grass cut, edging along sidewalks and shrub beds, round up sprayed when needed, shrubs trimmed when needed and crepe myrtle bushes cut back in the late winter. I had also pointed out that there crew needed to make sure to not run there large riding mowers on my front sidewalk and back pool area due to it being made out of individual pavers. I had ageed to have the lawn cut every two weeks and they did show up as scheduled each time, but this crew consistantly fell down on their job. It got to the point were I took pictures on the weekend after each visit over a period of a few months to show the owners all of the issues and believe me I have an entire album. First they cut my tall crepe myrtle bushes back to about four feet earlier this year. They now look like dwarf crepe myrtles.  Their crew did ride their heavy equipment over my sidewalk and patio areas which caused damage to my pavers on numerous occasions.They never were consistent on the weed control, round up was sprayed one time. This was done only because I complained. I constantly found the grass cutting to be hit or miss. There were sections not cut at various times. The edging was half way done on most visits. These guys do not have any supervisor/ manager to go in behind their crews to follow up on behalf of the customer. Once i presented the owners with all of my pictures and detail of the problems, I was informed by one of them they I should have kept them informed every time I saw a problem. So the blame was placed on me for not being more on top of this with them. I had expressed more than once I did not have the time to monitor their crew and report to them. That is their job, not mine. I did find out these two owners have full time jobs of their own and are trying to run this business on the side.
