Owens Corning Roofing Certified The existing roof was removed and Owens Corning shingles installed with a warranty. Company was notified on 8/18/2020 shingles was leaking to start a claim.  Company never called back to honor the shingles warrant. Due to lack of concern damages have been done to external and internal of residents. They refuse to honor warranty. Toledo OH

A complete remodeling home project that total almost $55,000.00 was done by a contractor. He removed the existing roof and installed Owens Corning Roofing shingles. The shingles begin to leak causing damages. I notified Collen H. an insulation agent with the company on 8/18/2020. This individual was provided all the deemed and necessary documents to start the claim process.

As a follow-up I called the company back on 8/20/2020 and was informed the documents was never received althought, I have proof in an email with the attachments. Derrick/Darrick requested to resend them to his attention. As stipulted per conversation I resent them. The company never called me back to honor their own warranty.
