The owner KEVIN PINO is operating under a SUSPENDED CONTRACTORS LICENSE, THE company takes months to install 1 solar system, SOLAR WAS PURCHASED OVER  6 MONTHS AGO AND THEY ONLY CONTRACT 4 JOBS PER YEAR and I found out he overcharged and gave us the worst/cheapest materials possible. THIS is a 1 man show, his website www.pacificsolarpower.net there is a guy smoking a cigarette on someone's roof, imagine if that persons house caught on fire, UNPROFESSIONAL, KEVIN came to my house in DICKIES shorts and a WHITE TEE! WHAT A PUNK! SOMEONE SHOULD SERIOUSLY TEACH THIS GUY A LESSON. HE DOESNT PAY HIS EMPLOYEES CORRECTLY, MISCLASSIFIES THEM AND HAS WORKMAN COMPENSATION ISSUES. PACIFIC SOLAR POWER, YOU ARE A JOKE OF A COMPANY, I FEEL SORRY FOR THE POOR BASTARDS THAT TRUST YOU FROM NOW ON. PEOPLE BEWARE, IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH KEVIN PINO OR PACIFIC SOLAR POWER, EDWARDS ENTERPRISES, TMS MARKETING MAKE SURE YOU RECORD EACH VISIT OR GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, YOU MIGHT ALSO WANT TO MAKE SURE YOUR NOT VISITING AFTER THIS THEIF LEAVES YOUR HOME. THESE GUYS ARE LITERALLY CRIMINALS. COMPLETE WASTE OF LIFE AND GOOD OFFICE SPACE. GOOD LUCK PUNKS. CLASS A D*********.

This Report was not filed by a Customer by an x employee of another company

AUTHOR: Kevin Pino - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, April 29, 2016

As one can read from the contents this was not filed by a customer.  It was filed by an employee of a telemarketing company.

Unfortunately we cannot remove this! Rip off Report does not remove fake reports.  It has been 2 years sinnce this was filed and no matter what we do they will not remove it.  If you ask me that is a ripoff and fraud.

If we pay they will remove it.

SolarCity is a much better reputal company and make the process easy and less frustrating. I recommend SolarCity to anyone looking at Solar...just a fyi..lots of bad companies out there and SolarCity has been been consistent and helpful to friends I know whom use them.
