Scheduled palm bay air to install new air conditioning unit and all duct work to be replaced. 5 technicians arrived for install which took all day for install/duct replacement to be completed. Recently checked unit as my electric bill had increased, found the entire outside duct coming from the new unit had been improperly sealed, mastic that had been used was not entirely covering opening, large gap was left open on bottom and cold air was blowing outside home. Spoke with company to report and was told it would be looked at. Never heard from anyone, so recently ran into owner, explained my findings. His statement was " You must have received a bad install from our company" problem can be taken care of very easily. This was over a week ago. Have recently had another company take care of and will never recommend Palm Bay Air & Heat to anyone again. They are very unprofessional & appear to only want your money and not your Customer Loyalty !
